By enrolling your child at Global Tots Preschool, you agree to the following terms.

Enrolment is subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of completed forms, documents, and applicable fees. The Centre accepts children aged 2 months to 6 years and reserves the right to decline any application.

Children who are unwell (fever, vomiting, diarrhoea, or infectious illness) must not attend. Please inform the Centre of any medical conditions or allergies. In an emergency, the Centre will contact you and seek medical attention if needed; associated costs are borne by the parent/guardian.

Only registered authorised persons may collect your child. The Centre will not release a child to unregistered individuals. Please keep authorised pick-up details updated at all times.

The Centre may photograph or video children for educational and marketing purposes. Parents who do not consent must notify the Centre in writing at enrolment. Consent may be withdrawn at any time in writing.

Personal data is collected and used in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

The Centre is not liable for loss, injury, or damage arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Liability is limited to fees paid in the month of the incident.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The Centre may update these terms with reasonable notice; continued enrolment constitutes acceptance.
